People, how the hell are you?  Ya look great.  Been working out a bit?  How's the fam?  Awesome.

Now that the pleasantries are out of the way, I owes a little apology.  The Blogger website says I haven't posted since July 12th, and I've had countless (read: countable) people ask me about post again.  Believe me, I've thought about it, and had some great ideas for posts.  But in case you haven't noticed, this whole Twitter and Facebook thing...

1.  Isn't going away.
2.  Makes the media cycle about this fast.
